Part-time working and job-sharing
If you are thinking about returning to the classroom but feel that your current responsibilities would prevent you from returning to a full-time post, you may wish to consider flexible working. Many schools now offer part-time positions and are open to job share arrangements.
Some local authorities hold job share registers, which can help you find a suitable part-time post or job share partner.
Contact your local authority for more information.
