Effective school leaders also recognise learning opportunities for themselves and their institutions. The remodelling change process has been designed for and extensively tested in schools, but schools have also found it useful to learn how other types of organisations have managed change. The following list of resources is not designed to be exhaustive but represents some of the reading which participants in remodelling say have helped them.
